Clinical Director and CEO
Lorrie brings more than two decades of clinical experience and leadership to Wolfpack Therapies. As Clinical Director, CEO, and owner, she has helped lead the organization since its beginnings as Bilingual Pediatric Therapies, with a focus on quality clinical care, collaboration, and supporting the therapists who serve our families.
Lorrie works closely with therapists, administrative staff, and families across both locations. Her extensive experience as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist continues to shape Wolfpack's commitment to clinical quality, bilingual services, and family-centered care.
Chief Financial Officer
As Owner and CFO, Rick oversees Wolfpack's financial strategy, business operations, and long-term planning. He works closely with the leadership and administrative teams to manage the financial and operational needs of both the East and West Valley locations.
Rick also oversees the organization's facilities and property operations and plays a key role in planning for Wolfpack's continued growth across the Valley.

Nichelle oversees the day-to-day operations of Wolfpack Therapies, working closely with our therapists, support staff, and leadership team across both locations.
She plays a key role in coordinating our teams, supporting clinic operations, and helping ensure that our therapists and staff have the resources and support they need to provide quality care to the children and families we serve.
