Lorrie brings more than two decades of clinical expertise and leadership to Wolfpack Therapies and its sister company, Bilingual Pediatric Therapies. As Clinical Director and owner, she leads with a passion for mentorship, collaborative teamwork, and exceptional family-centered care.
Lorrie works closely with therapists, administrative staff, and families to ensure clinical excellence, consistency, and a supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Her commitment to quality and her heart for children have shaped a culture where meaningful progress and genuine compassion go hand in hand.

As Owner and CFO, Rick provides steady leadership in financial strategy, business operations, and organizational management. He oversees all financial and administrative functions across both Wolfpack Therapies and Bilingual Pediatric Therapies, ensuring the clinics run efficiently and sustainably.

Nichelle brings a strong background in Human Resources and organizational operations to her role as COO. She plays a key role in supporting clinic operations across all locations while fostering a cohesive, high-performing team.
Her leadership influences every part of the day-to-day experience, including onboarding, compliance, staff coordination, scheduling, internal communication, and operational support. Nichelle serves as a trusted connection between therapists, administrative staff, and leadership.
